BLUEline Nova

Rotary lobe pump in 6 sizes (AN 040 to QN 300), up to approx. 108 m³/h, working pressure up to 12 bar (175 psi), fluid temperature up to 200 °C, speed up to 800 rpm. DIUS rotors with extra-wide sealing surface for pulsation-free operation. Available with clean design (CIP/SIP compatible, minimal dead space) or with casing protection (Nova tough) for abrasive media; casing protection replaceable in place (MIP). Sealing systems: Börger LW, FC, DA and LW hybrid. Typical media: water glass, suspensions of 100–80,000 mPa·s, elastomers, reject water.
