1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Pumps Universe you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform purpose

Pumps Universe is an industrial pump marketplace that connects buyers with verified manufacturers and distributors. We facilitate discovery and inquiries but are not a party to any purchase transaction.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Supplier listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including technical specifications, pricing and availability. Misleading listings may result in account suspension.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience with the product or supplier. We prohibit:

  • Fake or incentivized reviews
  • Reviews submitted by the supplier for their own products
  • Defamatory, offensive or legally actionable content

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these rules.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Scraping, copying or redistributing catalog data without permission
  • Attempting to interfere with platform security or availability
  • Impersonating another user, supplier or Pumps Universe staff
  • Submitting false inquiries or spam

7. Intellectual property

All platform content — including design, logos, software and catalog structure — is owned by Pumps Universe or its licensors. Product images and descriptions remain the property of their respective suppliers.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of supplier listings or the outcome of any transaction between buyers and suppliers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pumps Universe is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from transactions between buyers and suppliers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
