Easy-to-use rotary lobe pump with a single-component housing: the pump chamber is integrated in the pump cover, so lobes, seals and wear plates can be replaced on site without taking the pump out of the pipework. The wear parts are halved compared with conventional rotary lobe pumps (up to 30% less maintenance). IQ112 delivers up to 78 m³/h and IQ152 up to 154 m³/h at 7 bar; larger lobes and covers can raise capacity by up to 40%. Self-priming from depths of up to 9 m and resistant to dry running. For biogas, industry and wastewater applications.
