Compact, service-friendly progressive cavity pump for heavy-duty duties with highly viscous, abrasive media and a high foreign-matter content: sludges, organic suspensions, digestates and liquid manure. Four models (CC44, CC55, CC66, CC77) in single-stage (M1, D1) and two-stage (M2) versions: flows of 40 to 290 m³/h (CC44-M1 40, CC55-D1 165, CC66-D1 290, CC77-M1 225 m³/h), pressures of 6 bar (single-stage) and 12 bar (two-stage), free passage of 63 mm (CC44) up to 108 mm (CC77) over the entire pump length. Cardan shaft with protective sleeve, cartridge mechanical seal that can be replaced without opening the pump, swiveling mechanism for service without dismantling the pipework; StreamLine or MultiConnect suction housing. Driven by geared motors, parallel-shaft geared motors or hydraulic motors.
