Hygienic progressive cavity pumps for transferring viscous products out of containers, in two immersion versions: fluid bag pumps (FLB, horizontal immersion pumps for pharmaceutical and hygienic duties) and barrel discharge pumps (vertical immersion pumps for barrels, IBCs and open containers). Models 0080 to 367 with displacements of 0.0008 to 0.0367 l/rev, flows up to 1,800 l/h (1.8 m³/h), differential pressure up to 8 bar, speeds up to 1,500 rpm, connections DN 15 to DN 50 (1/2 to 2 in) and immersion depths of 500 to 1,200 mm. Stainless steel housing (1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571 or 1.4435), stator in PTFE, Hypalon, NBR or EPDM, single or double flushed mechanical seals, surfaces down to Ra 0.4 µm. Jointless, completely dismountable design suitable for autoclave treatment, GMP-compliant, EHEDG-certified for CIP/SIP cleaning with self-draining features and no dead spaces in the O-ring design. Used for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, paints and varnishes and other high-viscosity media.
