Hygienic centrifugal pump for thin liquids, with flows up to 300 m³/h and heads up to 120 m. All metal parts, including the impeller, are machined from rolled material (no castings), in 1.4404 (AISI 316L) as standard and optionally 1.4435, 1.4539, 1.4462 or Hastelloy; surface Ra about 0.8 µm as standard and below 0.4 µm electro-polished on request. Front-pull-out shaft seal with tungsten carbide or silicon carbide rings and NBR-FDA, Viton-FDA, EPDM-FDA or FFKM-FDA secondary seals. CIP/SIP-compatible without restrictions; ATEX zone 1/21 version; a free-flow impeller version is available for media with a high solids content. Used for water, WFI, cleaning media, beer, spirits, milk, vinegar, juices, syrups, oils, sauces, emulsions, acids and alkalis in the pharmaceutical, food, dairy and beverage industries.
