Low-pulsation external gear pump for chemical applications, for clean, self-lubricating fluids with a viscosity higher than water. Flows up to 640 l/min (38.4 m³/h), nominal and differential pressure up to 40 bar, speeds up to 1,480 rpm, suction lift up to 1 m and temperatures up to 200 °C with a metal rotor. Double-sided bearing of the gear shafts minimises pulsation; shaft sealing by lip seal, stuffing box, single or double balanced mechanical seal or containment shell (magnetic coupling), in all available materials. Available in versions compliant with API, ATEX, TR-CU 10, TR-CU 12 and TA Luft on request; self-priming and dry-running capable.
