Slurry pump with a non-metallic CeramCarbide coating (80% silicon carbide and 20% vinyl ester resin) on all medium-contacted parts, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant over the full pH range 0 to 14. Flows up to 4,600 m³/h, single-stage head up to 70 m, pressure up to 10 bar, speed up to 2,950 rpm, temperature up to 130 °C, DN 32 to 500 and fine-grained solids up to 3 mm; the pressure nozzle can be positioned in steps. Used in chemical processing, mineral separation, sand and gravel operations and tunnel construction.
